Do I need to book a Full Groom or a Deshedding Treatment?
Full grooming appointments are for dogs who require full body haircuts. Most of the time this means the dog is getting it's hair cut all over from muzzle to feet. Breeds that need this service include but not limited to ALL DOODLES, Shih Tzu's, Yorkies Schnauzer's.Deshedding Treatments are for dogs who typically would shed a lot. They typically require brushing with specific tools and shampoo/conditioners to eliminate some of the the hair that is shedding. Dogs that can be included but not limited to this are Labs, Golden Retrievers, Hounds, St Bernard's.
How long will my pet be left at the shop?
When we schedule the appointment for your pet you will have an estimated appointment time. That length of the appointment time is roughly how long your pet will be in our care. Sometimes we can finish early or we can go over this time. This is why it's important to stay close to your phone as we'll reach out when your pet is ready to be picked up!
